Course registration fees are nonrefundable. However, in the case of unforeseeable circumstances, we will allow a registrant the option to transfer their registration to another scheduled course. To be eligible for this option, the registrant must provide written notification to Upton Consulting Group no later than 10 days before the course start date.

If a registrant fails to attend the course, and no notice is provide before the course begins, that individual will be considered a “no-show” and will not be eligible for a refund or to transfer that registration to another scheduled course.
