DEI Propel™ is an experiential program designed to help diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) professionals, allies and organizations jumpstart and sustain their DEI efforts.

This course isn’t about quick fixes. You still have to put in the work. But the big question is always – HOW? This in-person and highly interactive program is designed to help you develop and effectively implement a DEI Strategy for your organization. And it's grounded in evidence-based change management practices.

Program Overview

Many organizations doing DEI work don’t have a solid strategy. The primary goal of this program is to provide step-by-step guidance in developing a customized, data and outcome driven DEI Roadmap for your organization, department or team. We don't just tell you what to do but show you how to do it. The content is practical, can be applied immediately, and produces results.

When you complete this course, you will walk away with a strategy that can be implemented immediately.

Interactive and Collaborative

Activities are designed to help you reflect on and assess where your organization or department is on the DEI journey and what strategies you need to move the work forward.

Grounded in Best Practices and Research

Content is grounded in solid evidence-based research. The programme is professionally accredited. In addition, we've curated a list of first-class supplemental resources on leading practices and the latest DEI/EDI and cultural intelligence research.
